Fire Pits + Porches

• You'll have exclusive access to both Porches, each featuring comfortable outdoor patio furniture with seating for up to 8 people under a covered cabana with misters and a fire pit table.
• In addition, you'll have exclusive access to both Fire Pits, each surrounded by old-school folding lawn chairs with seating for up to 8 people. An additional table between the Fire Pits provides seating for 8 more.

OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGES
Smaller parties (up to 16 guests) may bring outside food.

Outside food for large groups of 16+ people is not allowed (except dessert) unless approved and arranged ahead of time and will be subject to an additional fee.

You may bring dessert in for parties of any size.

Outside bottles of wine and/or champagne are allowed and will be subject to a $15/bottle corkage fee.

All other outside beverages, including non-alcoholic beverages (e.g. soda, water, coffee, etc.), are not allowed unless approved and arranged ahead of time and will be subject to an additional fee.

No hard alcohol is permitted at any time.

Full refund for 90+ days, 50% refund (or gift card for full value) for 30-90 days, no refund for less than 30 days advanced cancellation notice.
