Cancellation Policy
All bookings shall be considered CONFIRMED at the time of booking. Cancellations with a full refund will be granted by phone or email request until 5 days PRIOR to the START of the room reservation. All bookings are final and non-refundable within 5 days of the room reservation. (Please be aware that booking an activity within 5 days of room reservation is automatically non-refundable and a case-by-case basis.)
