What to Expect
Our summer break surf program gives kids a safe, supportive environment to learn surfing, connect with nature, and make friends along Ventura’s coast. Experienced, First Aid- and CPR-certified instructors guide beginners and returning surfers through ocean awareness, surf safety, and physical skill-building. Lessons combine beach education, dry-land practice, and guided water time so students gain confidence, teamwork, and an appreciation for marine ecosystems while having fun in the sun.

Soft surfboard provided
Wetsuit provided (fit based on student height and weight)
Shade on the beach
Drinking water
Sunscreen provided
Instruction from First Aid- and CPR-certified instructors
Restrictions
Participants must be between 5 and 17 years old.
