nAll bookings are subject to the following policy:
nLate Arrivals: Clients arriving 5–10 minutes late to their scheduled appointment will, unfortunately, be turned away. In such cases, you may be offered an e-gift card or, if time permits, an on-site rescheduling at our discretion.
nNo-Call, No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up without any notice will not be eligible for rebooking or a refund. This policy is in place to respect our time and ensure availability for other clients.
nWe appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to maintain a fair and efficient booking system for everyone.
