Cancellations greater than 2 weeks will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 2 weeks and 72 hours can reschedule for free, or receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 72 hrs will not receive a refund. 100% refund in the event of a park closure. Tours start on time, no -shows of greater than 30 minutes will be considered cancelled.
