Important Rules
- Driver must be 25 years or older and have a valid driver's license
- Only one driver for the duration of the trip
- Driver cannot drink alcohol or use drugs on the vessel
- Driver cannot be intoxicated on the vessel
- Driver is responsible for the vessel and all persons on board
- No drugs or smoking allowed on vessel
