Ranch Reset — Corporate Team Experience
A 2.5-hour ranch outing that builds real connection, no horse experience needed
What to Expect
Ranch Reset gets teams out of the conference room and onto a working ranch for a facilitated, experiential session that links hands-on horse work to workplace communication and collaboration. Over a 2.5–3 hour program, groups rotate through small-group stations for horse grooming, guided groundwork, and a guided riding lesson in the arena or on the trail while instructors lead reflection and connect activities to team dynamics. The experience concludes with ranch refreshments and a guided closing reflection. No prior horse experience is required; riding is optional.
