Horse handler provided for safety and support
No props, styling, or backdrops included — we let nature do the work
All horses are groomed and ready; photoshoots are supervised by staff

Pre-shoot ground lesson to familiarize yourself with horse behavior and safe interaction
On-foot or mounted photo opportunities (based on selected package)
Horse grooming and light prep
Time buffer before/after your shoot for check-in and preparation
⚠️ Please Note:
Anyone being photographed on or around horses must participate in a short ground safety lesson, this is an additional 75 per person. This is to ensure the safety of both horses and humans. This is mandatory and will be conducted by our experienced team prior to your session.
💸 Photographers Not Included
This is a bring-your-own-photographer experience. We do not provide photography services.

Our team works hard to make your shoot seamless and safe. While the ground lesson is included, tips for your horse handler(s) are always appreciated!
Restrictions
For the safety of both riders and horses, please note our weight limits for mounted poses or trail rides:
If you are 5’8" or shorter: maximum weight limit is 180 lbs
If you are taller than 5’8": maximum weight limit is 240 lbs
If you exceed these limits, we’ll be happy to offer beautiful ground-based photo options with the horses

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or one-time reschedule. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will result in a forfeiture of the full session fee
