Private Tour Rates
- 2 Guests: $450pp, plus 20% service charge
- 3-4 Guests: $289pp, plus 20% service charge
- 5-7 Guests: $229pp, plus 20% service charge
- 8-9 Guests: $189pp, plus 20% service charge
- 10-12 Guests: $169pp, plus 20% service charge

Price Includes
- Start/Finish from our Yountville shop, 6500 Washington Street
- Customized time frame (~4 hours for one winery visit & picnic lunch; ~6 hours for two wineries & picnic lunch)
- Comfort Cruiser rental bike & helmet
- Optional upgrade to pedal-assist E-Bikes:+$40 per upgrade
- Your group will be privately hosted by a knowledgeable local Tour Guide
- Wine tasting appointments made in advance for your group
- Bouchon Bakery picnic lunch (individual sandwich or salad selection per guest, accompanied by Kettle Chips and a petite dessert)
- On-call van support (including wine purchase pick-up service)
- Souvenir water bottle, water replenished throughout your tour
Not Included
- Wine tasting fees ($50-60 average); individual tasting fees may be waived with minimum purchase
- In most cases, tasting fees can be paid directly at the wineries on the day of your visit
- Upon request, tasting fees can be built into your final bike tour invoice (5% markup will be added to tasting fee total for this option)

Cancellation Policy
7+ days prior to scheduled tour: Full refund, less $150 cancellation fee; within 6 days and with a minimum 24 hours notice prior to scheduled tour start: Deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied towards a rescheduled event within one year.
nCancellations are not accepted within 24 hours of scheduled tour launch; client will be responsible for tour charges in full, including any tasting fees/penalties imposed by the wineries.
nRain Contingency: At 24 hours prior to scheduled "Meet Time" if hourly rain forecast during the hours of the planned tour is 50% or greater, client has the right to reschedule for another date without penalty and/or cancel for full deposit refund.
