Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, Refunds, Change of Time or Date
nChanges of time or date are permitted based on current availability.
nCancellations or Refund Requests. Unfortunately, we can not issue a refund for a cancelled party. Our party space is limited and is a resource that many people are eager to enjoy. We can issue a gift card to be used at our locations for the full value of you reservation.
nAny pre-purchased add on activities, consumables, arcade credits, etc are at a discounted rate and can not be refunded partially or fully outside of a full event cancellation resulting in the issuance of a gift card.
nWeather. Weather is outside our control. While we hope that every day is sunny and bright we understand that can't always be. We will gladly work with your party to find a different date or activity from one of our business to work around weather issue.
