Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 12 and 48 hours before the scheduled departure are subject to a fee equal to 25% of the reservation total.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled departure will be charged the full reservation amount and are not eligible for a refund.

Reservations may be rescheduled at no additional charge when the request is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled departure. Rescheduling requests or other reservation changes made within 12 hours of departure are subject to a fee equal to 25% of the reservation total.
