Cancellation Policy
We have a generous cancelation policy should you need to cancel. We offer free cancellations up to 3 days before the booking start time. Cancellations within 72 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable. If the charter is ended prematurely by guests request, the balance of the charter is non-refundable. In the event of severe weather warnings within twelve (12) hours of the scheduled charter, we reserve the right to reschedule. Any cancellation or no show within 72 hours of a scheduled event will result in the complete balance due on the scheduled day. What paperwork is required? Upon booking, the primary guest (reserver) will receive an email containing the charter agreement and participant waiver form. Prior to departure, the primary is responsible for distributing the participant waiver form to all the guests. Only the primary reserver needs to complete the charter agreement form.
