What to Know
Group 3 Aviation provides aerial services for still photographers and professionals. Unlike our standard sightseeing tour packages, this is a specialized flight. Pricing is in hour increments and covers the Los Angeles and Southern California area. Doors can be removed for an unobstructed view. All devices should be secured with a tether or bracket. If devices are not secured via straps, we cannot remove the doors. Please bring safety straps.

Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start time.
Weight Limitations
The safety and comfort of our passengers is very important to us. Therefore it is necessary that each passenger be asked for their height and weight. The distribution of weight is vital to safety in a helicopter and it is our responsibility to make sure that the aircraft is not overloaded or out of balance. There are also per seat weight limits for each aircraft. Total weight of all Passengers, not to exceed 600 lbs. Passengers weighing over 250 lbs. will require and additional fee. The helicopter has a payload of 900 lbs and we factor in pilot weight, fuel weight and passenger or cargo weight when making a decision.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked a flight with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.
nCancellation Policy – Please Review
n• We require 24 hours’ notice in order to change or cancel your reservation.
n• Tours canceled with less than 24 hours don’t allow enough time to resell the cancelled seats.
n• Reservations canceled with less than 24 hours will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows
n• Any NO SHOWS will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
n• Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be assessed 50% cancellation fee.
n• If you need to change or cancel your reservations please provide us with at least
n24 hours’ notice prior to your tour time and we will be happy to accommodate you.
Weather and Unforeseen Airspace Restrictions
nIf we have to cancel a flight due to adverse weather conditions, you will receive a full refund, if you cannot reschedule, without a service fee penalty. Bad Weather is determined by the pilot on the day of the flight. All flights are subject to weather and ATC (air traffic control) limitations per Federal Aviation Regulations. The go/no-go decision of the pilot-in-command is always final. Flight routes may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances in respect to weather, airspace closures or temporary flight restrictions, which are out of our control.
