Now your Catalina Island Snorkeling Adventure begins!
Your excursion begins at the Casino Point Dive Park where your instructor will orientate you with your equipment, describe proper snorkeling techniques and explain important safety procedures.
As you enter the water from shore, you'll begin to notice the diversity of marine life Catalina has to offer. Our instructors will teach you about Catalina's algae-based ecosystem and how it correlates to the fastest growing plant in the world...giant kelp. Keep in mind, this tour is not just a snorkeling tour, but also a marine Eco-tour.
One of our goals is to show you as much marine life as possible.
Your snorkeling tours instructor feeds the fish during the tour so you're able to witness a "feeding frenzy". Imagine snorkeling with hundreds of fish just an arm's reach away! Some of the more common fish viewed: Garibaldi, Sheephead, Calico bass, Senorita fish, Blacksmith, Opaleye and Kelp fish.
Your tour includes: Your guide, a knowledgeable and experienced instructor and an expert on Catalina Island marine life, snorkel equipment and wet suit.

CANCELLATION POLICY: DIVING CATALINA REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 7 DAYS NOTIFICATION FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS FROM THE START DATE OF THE TOUR. ONCE IT BECOMES WITHIN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ORIGINAL START DATE, YOU BECOME FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CHARGES AND NO REFUND IS GRANTED. ANYONE WHO FAILS TO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL.
nIF YOU ARRIVE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL, YOUR TOUR WILL BE CANCELED AND A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
nWhat if I need to reschedule?
nFor the protection of your reservation, all changes must be submitted by email. Simply reply to your original booking confirmation email and request the necessary changes. RESERVATION CHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OVER THE PHONE
nIf you request to reschedule or cancel your reservation and it's more than 7 days prior to the original booking date (not a re-booked date), Diving Catalina will reschedule or refund your tour at no charge.

- Within 7 days of the original booking date, a re-booking fee of 25% of the full internet tour rate will be applied. There are NO REFUNDS for tours within 7 days of the original booking date. n
What if I show up for my dive and my instructor insists on not taking me?
nThe reason you are being denied is due to a medical, safety, or legal issue. All issues must be handled prior to arriving on Catalina. NO REFUNDS will be given.
