What to Expect
Join us for a hands-on Sicilian seafood cooking experience where guests prepare two fresh, seasonal dishes together while exploring the flavors, traditions, and cultural influences that shape Sicily’s coastal cuisine.
Along the way, you’ll learn how to recognize fresh fish, hear about San Diego’s local seafood system and fishermen, and enjoy a relaxed evening cooking and dining together.
All cooking equipment and ingredients are provided, and the experience includes an appetizer, dessert, a welcome wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Guests are also welcome to bring their own beverage of choice, and dietary restrictions can be accommodated if specified at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancelation policy is flexible and we want our clients to be happy. If you need to reschedule please let us know as soon as possible and we will be glad to accommodate you at no additional fee. If you need to cancel for some reason, please do so 4 days before scheduled date and we will issue a full refund. If canceled later, a partial refund will be issued depending on if ingredients were bought for the class. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone or email to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
