  2. If you need to cancel your participation in the expedition, please notify us as soon as possible.

  3. Cancellations made more than 90 days before the start date of the expedition will receive a refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees incurred.

  4. Cancellations made between 60 and 90 days before the start date of the expedition will receive a 50% refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees incurred.

    Cancellations made less than 60 days before the start date of the expedition will not be eligible for a refund.

    In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the expedition due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient participation, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us. However, we are not responsible for any other expenses you may have incurred (such as travel or accommodation arrangements).
