What to Expect

Want to stay warm? Want to extend your scuba diving season? Then dive dry. A dry suit seals you off from the water and keeps you comfortable, even in surprisingly cold water. There is incredible diving in the world’s cooler regions and in some areas, conditions are even better in colder months. Becoming a dry suit diver allows you to expand your boundaries and dive more places, more often.

  • Prerequisites: PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver, complete E-Learning or manual - 3 Dives
  • Minimum Age: 12
  • Unlike wetsuits, drysuits are filled with air. During your drysuit course, your instructor will teach you how to control the air in your drysuit along with your buoyancy. You'll also learn about different types of drysuits, basic drysuit repairs and maintenance.
  • Equipment Needed: Drysuit with under garments.
