Restrictions

  • The Studio Mermaid Transformation is designed for most ages, sizes, and abilities. Mermaid tails are available from Kids XS through Adult 4XL.

  • Guests with limited mobility are welcome in the studio. Please include any mobility, positioning, sensory, or accessibility needs when booking so our team can prepare appropriate assistance.

  • Beach and underwater experiences require walking over sand, rocks, stairs, or uneven surfaces and may not be suitable for guests with significantly impaired mobility without additional assistance.

  • The Underwater Photoshoot is not suitable for non-swimmers. Participants must meet the required swimming and floating skills.

  • Pregnant guests and anyone with medical conditions that could affect swimming or physical activity may require written clearance from a physician before participating in the Underwater Photoshoot.

  • Participation in beach and underwater activities is subject to weather, water conditions, equipment fit, and the instructor’s final safety assessment.
