Our SUP Eco Tours are the best option to combine learning how to SUP while getting to see marine wildlife. During the lesson you'll get to learn how to navigate the ocean conditions on a stand up paddle board while touring through Giant Kelp Forests, gliding under the Capitola Wharf, and maybe even catching a wave or some tail wind.

Our Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Eco Tours in the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary are the best way to experience the beauty and wildlife nestled within these vibrant underwater forests.

No matter if you have Stand Up Paddle Boarded before or not, our certified guides will cater the tour towards your abilities. We will make sure you learn the necessary skills and ocean safety to SUP in the ocean and/or the local Soquel Creek.
