Whether you are searching for the perfect way to end your day or start your night, a sunset cruise aboard the Emory S Land is the experience for you! After-work wind down with colleagues or with friends or family. Whether you are celebrating a birthday, bachelorette party, graduations, wedding photos, charter events, potential business clients, or watching the sunset, Beautiful Marina Del Rey harbor, famous yachts and boats.Sea lions, seals, and sea birds are often spotted year round.
Other things to note
Experience requires guests to be there at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time because we are unable to wait longer. No refund or rescheduling if you do miss the boarding & departure time.
As we want our passengers to have a safe and enjoyable experience with us on the water we may cancel a trip at anytime due to adverse weather, under subscription, or unforeseen circumstance. Will do our best to either reschedule the trip for you or refund your money.
All rescheduling requests by customers are subject to a $100 fee to cover non refundable dockage & handling fee.

Cancellation Policy
Captain has sole discretion as to rescheduling for inclement weather. We are fully insured and licensed under the laws of LA County, California to operate yacht charters.
nRules for rescheduling
n1. All rescheduling requests by customers are subject to a $200 fee to cover non refundable dockage & handling fee.
n2. Captain & crew members fee are subject to charge for events within 14 calendar days while rescheduling ( Captain rate is $75 per hour, crew member rate is $25 per hour )
n3. No rescheduling is available within 14 business day of your scheduled event
n4. Free reschedule due to weather (e.g.: Heavy rain, fog or small craft advisory from national marine forecast) or mechanical issues
