We understand that plans can change. To be fair to both our guests and our crew, the following cancellation policy applies to all charters:

  • More than 14 days before your charter: You may cancel or reschedule your reservation for any reason and receive a full refund.
    • n
  • 7–14 days before your charter: Cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. You may also choose to reschedule your charter, subject to availability.

  • Within 7 days of your charter: All reservations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Third-Party Bookings:
nIf your reservation was made through a third-party platform (such as Getmyboat, Boatsetter, Viator, etc.), the cancellation policy of that platform may apply.

Weather Policy

Light rain, overcast skies, or cooler temperatures do not automatically qualify for cancellation. Our vessels operate in a wide range of normal weather conditions.

If, in the Captain’s sole judgment, weather or sea conditions are deemed unsafe (including sustained winds exceeding approximately 30 knots or other hazardous conditions), your charter may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled. If a cancellation is made by Calico Yacht Charter due to unsafe conditions, you will be offered the option to:

  • Reschedule your charter to a mutually available date, or

  • Receive a full refund.

Late Arrivals

Your charter begins at the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals generally cannot be made up at the end of the charter, as subsequent bookings and crew schedules may prevent extending your reservation.
