Take an exciting, narrated 10‑mile drive to Catalina’s iconic Airport in the Sky (KAVX). The journey takes approximately 45 minutes, winding through Catalina’s rugged interior with stunning views along the way. Begin your adventure at 1,602 feet above sea level, where you can: • 🍴 Purchase snacks or lunch at the Airport restaurant • Browse the gift shop for unique Catalina souvenirs • Explore the Airport Loop Trail for a scenic hike before Mountain Bike Back to Town • Distance: 10 miles • Terrain: 4 miles downhill, followed by moderate, changing uphill climbs.

- We provide the Conservancy Bike permits required to ride in the interior of the Island, bike, water and helmets.
