The Loop Ride is designed exclusively for experienced cyclists who are ready for a demanding day on Catalina’s rugged terrain.
The adventure begins with a 6‑mile downhill run through Escondido Road, a fast, scenic warm‑up before the real work begins. From there, the route becomes a mix of steep climbs, rolling hills, and long, gradual grinds that will test your legs, lungs, and endurance.
This is a physically intense ride with sustained elevation changes and uneven terrain. If you love pushing yourself and earning every mile, this route delivers.
