Professional Group Tours
The Bay City Bike team specializes in planning and conducting customized Group Tours. Since 2001 we have hosted hundreds of guided and self guided tours and events of all sizes, from intimate family parties of three, to offsite, 20 mile bike tours of 300. We have honed our knowledge & expertise in planning bike tours, and would love to share an exciting bike adventure with your group.
If your group would like to BIKE SAN FRANCISCO- and need help planning, please send your inquiry to our Groups Department. Give as much or as little detail as you can – riders, places etc. You will hear back from us quickly, and we’ll take it from there!

Cancellation Policy
For groups of 01-50 pax, the final nonrefundable minimum is due 7 days before tour time. For groups of 51- 100 pax, the final nonrefundable minimum is due two weeks before tour time. For groups of 100+ pax, the final nonrefundable minimum is due one month before tour time. Groups will thusly be charged on the stated due date for the declared nonrefundable minimum.
nGroups may add as many riders as inventory affords, on top of that number, up until tour departure. In this case we will simply ring an additional charge.
nGroups arriving later than 30 minutes will incur fees: we regrettably charge $150 per every 30 minutes a group arrives late, up to 1 hour. As we run multiple tours daily, one late tour can have a domino effect on the entire tour calendar and tour guide schedule. Groups later than one hour and five minutes will be considered a no show. No- Shows are charged in full and considered non-refundable. We thank you in advance for honoring these guidelines.
nWeather in the Bay Area fluctuates rapidly and as such we have established rain-cancellation procedures that meets the needs of our changing climate. It is at the discretion of Bay City Bike to cancel a tour due to rain or dangerous riding conditions. We often wait until 30 minutes before a tour to call any changes, as it can quickly go from a rainy to sunny day. If Bay City Bike deems the weather appropriate for riding, the tour will not be officially cancelled.
