Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
nBattle Born Boat Rentals will only cancel on your reservation from our end with a full refund if winds are forecast above 25 knots on the date of your booking or the Air Quality Index in South Lake Tahoe, CA is above 400 AQI. We watch the weather constantly and will let you know if we deem conditions to be unsafe on the day of your rental, with a full refund.
nPolicies for cancellation from the customers end:
nCancellations over 30 days from your reservation date or longer have a full refund plus a 6% card processing fee.
nCancellations 7-30 days from reservation will have a 50% refund.
nCancellations less than 7 days from the reservation date or "no shows" will be charged the full rental amount.
