Day 1: Kings Canyon National Park
Explore Grant Grove and the giant sequoias before traveling deeper into Kings Canyon when seasonal road access allows. Stops may include Panoramic Point, Grizzly Falls, Roaring River Falls, Zumwalt Meadow, and Roads End. Enjoy incredible views as you travel along the Kings Canyon Scenic Byway through one of the Sierra Nevada’s most dramatic landscapes.
Day 2: Sequoia National Park
Spend your second day surrounded by the magnificent giant sequoias of Sequoia National Park. Explore the Giant Forest, beautiful meadows and trails, Tunnel Log, Auto Log, and other park highlights before visiting the General Sherman Tree, the largest living tree on Earth by volume. Depending on your interests and ability level, optional adventures may include Moro Rock, waterfall hikes, or additional sequoia groves.
