Passenger Weight Restriction

  • The seat limit for tour passengers is 300 lbs. Per the limitations of the aircraft, any individual weighing 300 lbs or more will not be permitted to fly.
  • Groups reporting a combined weight of 500 lbs will be subject to a weight check upon arrival for their flight.

FAA 91.17: Alcohol & Drug-Free Policy

  • FAA 91.17 prohibits pilots from allowing intoxicated or drugged passengers on civil aircraft
  • As per FAA regulations and for the safety of all staff and guests, Anthelion Helicopters reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who show signs or indications of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If there is any indication of this, your tour will be canceled and you will NOT be entitled to a refund. Your tour can be rescheduled to an alternate date and time for a $100 rebooking fee.
