Alana Charters has a 24-hour cancellation policy. To receive a full refund, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable unless ticket insurance was purchased. However, you may reschedule your reservation at no charge up until the time of departure. Please note that no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
nAlana will go out rain or shine unless the captain deems conditions unsafe to be on the water. If the captain makes that decision you will be contacted by a team member to go over your options to rebook.
