The Cahuilla Crawl
Ages 3+ • 2.5 Hours
What to Expect
The Cahuilla Crawl is our introductory route — a 2.5-hour You-Drive tour designed to introduce the raw beauty of the Anza Valley and the surrounding highlands. It is the perfect first taste of the corridor for newcomers and seasoned travelers alike.
Expect high-altitude vistas and winding forest climbs at an unhurried, beginner-friendly pace. You drive one of our purpose-built Jeeps while our guide leads the way, handling navigation and trail support so you can focus on the scenery. It is built for those looking for the “Big Picture” of the Riverside County highlands without the commitment of a full-day expedition.
Cahuilla Mountain (USFS 7S04) & Red Mountain (6S22). Experience the dramatic elevation shift of the San Bernardino National Forest. Starting from the heart of Anza, we ascend the historic Cahuilla Mountain region.
As the landscape shifts from high-desert chaparral to rugged ridgelines, you will experience amazing skyline views of the historic Juan Bautista de Anza Trail, the Anza Valley and Mount San Jacinto. It is a scenic masterclass in mountain geography.
