Working privately with a highly experienced teacher, you can allow yourself to grow and heal by leaps and bounds. This is a truly custom, expansive experience just for you.

Requirements

This is a gentle, restorative experience. All ages and levels welcome, no experience required - just an open mind and desire to grow.

How it Works

We make this experience as easy as possible. Just let us know where you'd your class to take place and we'll take care of the magic!

What Kind Of Yoga Is This?

We only teach powerful, traditional Hatha yoga science and techniques. In the other words, the practice is true to its Eastern roots and very unlike Western "fitness yoga". You'll learn deeply invigorating Pranayama (Breath Work) alongside restorative asana postures. Take your time, go slow and dive deep - this practice is all about the inward journey.

"I booked a private yoga session for a small group of girlfriends and it was nothing less than amazing! We were able to practice yoga, breath work and unwind all in the comfort of our air bnb patio...it was quite the way to start the morning."
-Bethany

"Amazing breathwork where I embodied a sense of inner peace that I have a never experienced...I was able to see where I was keeping negative energy to be released."
-Sherri

"Our private session with Amber was so fabulous, we signed up for more! We learned to breathe - and yes, I'm serious about that. We actually learned to breathe in the ways our bodies clamor to do. We found peace. We laughed. We gained perspective on the way yoga is usually taught and more importantly, that there are better ways to embrace it."
-Patty

"I've been practicing yoga for over 6 years and this was one of my favorite all time yoga experiences. I highly recommend Vita Pura Yoga"
