STANDARD PRIVATE TOUR CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
nGROUP of 8-14 people: Private tours consisting of 8-14 people may be cancelled up to 30-days prior to your tour date for a full refund.
nGROUPS of 15+ people: 60-day cancellation policy. Tour must be cancelled 60 days prior to your tour date for a full refund if the tour is booked on one of our normal scheduled nights. Thursday-Monday

Cancellation fees apply to short term cancellations and no shows as detailed below.
nCancellation requests(groups of 8-14 people) within the 30-day window will have cancellation fees: 29-15 days prior to your tour date(fee is 50% of your total booking). 14-7 days prior to your tour date (fee is 75% of your total booking). Any cancellation requests from 6 days before to the current day of your tour ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
nGROUP OF 15+: If a cancellation request is made after the 60-day policy a 50% cancellation fee is assessed and a refund of 50% will be provided. Late cancellation from 14 days to the day of the tour are NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds are provided for no-shows or groups who are late for their tour.

PRIVATE TOUR WITH SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS/ARRANGEMENTS:

CANCELLATION POLICY: NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED FO PRIVATE TOURS THAT HAVE HAD SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS/ACCOMMODATIONS MADE FOR SPECIFIC DATES/NIGHTS, DISCOUNTED RATES, GUEST COUNTS, OR HOLIDAYS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, ALL SALES FINAL

Should a private tour guest cancel, arrive beyond their check in period by more than 30 minutes, or not show up for their booked private tour, guests entire booking fee will be FORFEITED as we do not provide refunds for cancellations, late check-ins or no-shows.
nWe will, however, offer a ONE-TIME reschedule of dates 20 days in advance of your booked tour; based on our availability and weather conditions.
nWEATHER POLICY for private tours with SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS: Should the evening of your private tour present with inclement weather that prevents us from checking in your group(meaning we have to cancel the tour prior to check in), we will provide private tour guests with a 90% refund of their booking total. 10% is deducted for our costs incurred to retain and book your tour as well as planning of your tour. If we ARE able to check in your group and we get out to the tour location and get started but weather comes in and prevents us from finishing the tour in its entirety, depending on how much of the tour was completed, private tour guests MAY receive up to 50% of their booking total back in the form of a refund.
nIf a reschedule is possible we will always offer that first in lieu of a refund.***

REFUNDS FOR PRIVATE TOUR BOOKINGS: Refunds are provided back to the original payment method and processed within 20 business days of the cancellation request made by the guest.

WEATHER POLICY FOR STANDARD PRIVATE TOURS: TOUR CREDITS WILL NO LONGER BE ISSUED
nWe will do our very best to operate each night's tour, however, there are rare cases that even after checking in and getting out to our tour location weather can change for better or worse. If a tour is started(usually 30 minutes into the tour) but cannot be finished OR is stopped early due to weather or safety concerns, guests will be refunded 50% of their total booking to the original form of payment used. If tours are cancelled prior to check in, a full refund will be provided.
nCancelling a tour is at the sole discretion of the tour guide or owners.

n*WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY GROUPS TOUR FOR ANY REASON AND TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE
nShould a day present with inclement weather issues, we will monitor the weather and we MAY call/text you 30-60 minutes prior tour time to confirm the tour or check-in, reschedule for an alternate night, provide a waitlist booking if no future availability exists, or provide a full refund if future availabilities are previously sold out. Please make sure you have "OPTED IN' for text messages when you book as this is how we communicate updates to our travelers. We do not use text messages for marketing.
nUFO Tours are only conducted with 30% or clearer skies, no rain, snow, dust in the wind, low temperatures, or heavy wind advisories unless we have a large company group and then we may at our discretion attempt to do the tour. We also may cancel a tour at our discretion if temperatures have dropped below a safe level. Tours are no longer operated during the week of a FULL MOON due to the intensity of the light and damage to a guests eyes or our equipment.
nPLEASE DRESS WARMLY DURING WINTER MONTHS AS IT DOES GET VERY COLD IN SEDONA. JACKETS, GLOVES, SCARVES ETC ARE RECOMMENDED.

NO-SHOWS: NO REFUNDS ARE PROVIDED FOR TRAVELERS WHO MISS THEIR CHECK IN PERIOD, ARE LATE, OR DO NOT SHOW UP.
nShould a traveler or group of travelers arrive after the designated check-in time stated on your booking confirmation and/or reminder text, & we have already left, this is considered a "No-Show" and no refund shall be provided. The tour leaves will all checked in guests prior to the "START TIME" indicated on your ticket. The traveler(s) also understands and agrees that they will not be permitted on tour if they are not properly checked in during the allotted time of 15-30 minutes prior to the tour time stated on your booking confirmation email.
nTravelers that do not arrive to the tour on the evening booked are considered a "no-show" unless they call in advance to alert us to their ETA or late arrival. No show bookings are not provided a refund as the traveler then waives their right to the tour experience.
