What to Expect

Book an un-guided 2-hour trip (5 miles) on the Lower Salt River. Good swimming abilities are required and PFDs should be worn at all times.

To keep the serenity of the river, please refrain from playing music out loud until you reach the first public recreation site, about 30 minutes into your trip.

For less river traffic, book early morning times such as 9 am or earlier.

Saturdays & Sundays are the busiest days on the river. If booking after 9am, expect a rowdy river.
