Birthday Party Deposit

We can place your Child's Birthday Party event on our schedule at 9am or 2pm (Sept - May) and at 8am (Jun - Aug), subject to availability at the time of deposit and confirmation.

• Our Primary Birthday Children's Package cost is $45 per child and $55 per adult (7 person minimum whether children or adults plus 6% tax and 24% gratuity). This includes (for the group) a half-hour horseback ride with our wranglers, half hour hay wagon ride, and half an hour of self-managed cowboy games plus each child gets to take home a horseshoe as a souvenir. Due to the number of children at any party, we may rotate the riders through each of the activities and change the order of progression of events. For this package the estimated cost for 5 kids and 2 adults without lunch including tax and grat is $435.50. Again, please note all riders must be at least 7 years of age in order to participate in the horseback ride.

• Our Childs Extended Ride Birthday Package, the cost is $60 per child and $70 per adult (7 person minimum whether children or adults plus 6% Tribal Sales Tax and 24% Gratuity). This includes (for the group) an hour’s horseback ride with our wranglers and half an hour of self-managed cowboy games plus each child gets to take home a horseshoe as a souvenir. Due to the number of people at any party, we may rotate the riders through each of the activities and change the order of progression of events. For this package the estimated cost for 5 kids and 2 adults without lunch including tax and grat is $572.00. Again, please note all riders must be at least 7 years of age in order to participate in the horseback ride.

• Wee-Ones Parties for children less than 7 years old cost is $25 per child and $35 per adult (8 person minimum 6 kids & two adults plus 6% tax and 24% gratuity). This includes (for the group) an approx. 45 minutes of a hay wagon ride and half hour of self-managed cowboy games plus each child gets to take home a horseshoe as a souvenir. For this package the estimated cost for 8 kids/adults without lunch including tax and grat is $286.00.

We can have a Cowboy Lunch served; the cost is an additional $20.00 per child or adult (plus tax & grat) with a 15-person minimum. We would have a hamburger lunch with chips, a fruit cup, lemonade or punch and bottled water.

We can have a Snack Package available, the cost is an additional $50 per 10 people (plus tax & grat) with a 10-person minimum. We would have Chips, Fruit Cup, and beverage.

You may bring your own cupcakes or cake and ice cream (we do not have a freezer - with supplies for the forementioned items and any decorations that may be hung up by tape - no nails, screws, tacks, or staples permitted), however any other food or alcohol is not permitted. We usually do not provide cakes and balloons but may on request. We can have a western style themed cake (made at our descretion), personalize with your child's name and Helium Balloons for table center piece for the table of the birthday child. We charge $200 for this option.

We will need a deposit of $250 to reserve space. We will issue a contract for the event that needs to be signed and returned to finalize the event booking within 48 hours. Adjustments and cancellation can be made up to 5 business days prior to date without penalty. Any cancellation after 5 business days prior to the event would forfeit the $250 deposit. Deposit may be paid through our website www.koliequestrian.com and select Birthday Party date and time. As of now the tribal sales tax is 6%, however, it may change throughout the year, and we will notify you should this increase when booking the event.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your deposit confirms your event, and we work on first deposit received gets the requested date and time. We will issue a contract for the event that needs to be signed and returned to finalize the event booking within 48 hours. Adjustments and cancellation can be made up to 5 business days prior to the date of the event without penalty. Refunding the deposit would be in the same manner it was paid. 5 business days prior we would confirm the guest count with you. This will serve as the GUARANTEED AMOUNT, meaning you would have to pay for this count even if you have guests not show up and there are additional charges for additional people. You will have to pay the balance due on the Guaranteed Date for the Guarantee Amount for activities. As example: for a Saturday Party you can cancel by Monday for full refund. Cancellation after 5pm on Monday would forfeit deposit paid.
