Due to ongoing water infrastructure repairs at Grand Canyon Village, hotel and restaurant operations may be limited through Thanksgiving 2026. Until normal operations resume, the following temporary arrangements apply:

• Pickups & Drop-offs: Shifted to Parking Lot D in Grand Canyon Village.

• Meals: Included tour lunches or dinners will be provided at We Cook Pizza and Pasta, located about one mile outside the South Entrance.

Repairs are tentatively scheduled to finish before the end of this period, but schedules may change based on progress. Guests will be updated if locations change.

Pickup starts 30 minutes earlier than tour time. I will meet you outside, near the guest registration parking area. I ONLY pickup from Grand Canyon National Park South Rim Village locations. During spring break, summer, and fall weekends, there can be long lines with up to two hour wait times between 10 am and 4 pm to enter the South Gate. Plan ahead so you make it to your pickup location on time.

Accessibility and Recommendations:
- Unfortunately, the tour is not wheelchair-accessible.

What to bring

• Consider dressing in layers during the fall, winter and spring months.
• For colder weather, bring warm gloves, a winter coat, and a hat.
