- Not suitable for children under 12
- Maximum weight: 250 lb (113 kg / 18 st) per person
- Not recommended for guests in the second trimester of pregnancy or later
- Not suitable for guests with heart, respiratory, back, or serious mobility conditions
- All guests must be capable of self-rescue in shallow water if they fall in
