This is the nap you didn’t know you needed. Lie on a comfortable floating mat, wrapped in a blanket, and drift on warm water surrounded by live music from award winng native flutist Cody Blackbird and our talented Sound Practitioner. No phone. No stress. Just calm.

We are now offering KAVA drinks before class to promote relaxation - truly Zen! Choose the add-on "Kava" shot option during your booking.
