What to Expect
Experience ultimate relaxation with our floating soundbath, a one-of-a-kind activity that combines the healing power of sound with the gentle movement of water.
It's your chance to unplug and fully relax — basically a floating nap with live music. You’ll lie back on a stable paddleboard mat while musicians play cool instruments including gongs, flutes, and singing bowls. The water stays still, the sounds are gentle, and there’s nothing you need to do except rest.

Restrictions
Paddleboard mats can support up to 275 pounds.
If you're more comfortable out of the water, we can set you up on a deck chair near the soundbath musicians.
Larger boards are available UPON REQUEST.
