Join us for an immersive sunset soundbath experience designed to calm the mind, soothe the body, and elevate the spirit. This unique practice uses the healing vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments to promote deep relaxation. Concert Harpist Braya Jeanette and sound practitioners will guide you through breathwork and accompany with sound healing instruments.
No prior meditation or yoga skills needed — simply lie back, breathe deeply, and allow the sound to wash over you!
