INSIDE LAW ENFORCEMENT

Law Enforcement Field Experience is a great, behind-the-scenes experience that gives students the chance to interact with officers and agents. You will have the unique opportunity to observe and interact with officers. Learning first-hand what the law enforcement field is like.

Day 1

12:00PM – Meet at GCU main gate (off Camelback Road)

12:15PM – Depart GCU

3:00PM - Arrive Hotel: SpringHill Suites by Marriott (Tucson)

6:00 PM Dinner

Day 2

6:30 AM – Breakfast at Hotel (Included in Price)

7:30AM - Depart Hotel to Border Patrol Station

8:45AM– Arrive Border Patrol Station – Nogales

9:00AM – Tour starts

11:30AM – Tour ends

12:00 PM to 2:00 PM – Lunch in Nogales, Mexico (Included in Price)

2:00PM Depart Nogales

5:00PM Arrive Phoenix, AZ

Nogales Border Patrol Field Experience No Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for the Nogales Border Patrol Field Experience. Please review our No Refund Policy carefully before completing your booking.

    No Refunds: All payments made for the Nogales Border Patrol Field Experience are non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies to cancellations initiated by the participant for any reason, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

    Booking Transfer: While refunds are not available, participants may transfer their booking to an eligible party. The new participant must meet all eligibility requirements for the field experience and provide necessary documentation as requested. Transfers must be completed no later than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled field experience (because of background checks).

    Credit Towards Future Field Experiences: In cases where a participant is unable to attend, credit may be issued for use toward a future field experience. Credit requests must be submitted in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Credits are valid for 12 months from the original event date and can be applied to similar field experiences only.

    Cancellation by Organizer: If the Nogales Border Patrol Field Experience is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered the option to transfer their booking to a rescheduled date or receive credit toward a future field experience. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis only if rescheduling is not feasible.
