Seven Cataracts (Willow Canyon) is a full value way to experience what Tucson canyoneering has to offer. It consists of six rappels. The tallest comes right at the end and deposits you in a beautiful swimming hole. This canyon often has flowing waterfalls! No technical experience is required, although a good fitness level and some hiking experience is mandatory.
