What to Expect

Swedish Massage: Primarily Swedish, other modalities may be incorporated. Hot towels and aromatherapy will be provided as part of the Basic Massage.

Deep Tissue Massage: Trigger Point, Myofacial Relese, Structural Massage may be incorporated. Emphasis on structural analysis and clinical, results oriented treatment. Hot towels will be utilized based on clients needs.
