The goal of Meditation Breakthrough is to access the "inner peace" or "inner stillness" within all of us through the act of smashing. By engaging in this unique experience, participants can meditate on that feeling, fostering awareness that amidst the chaos of life, we can tap into this stillness whenever we desire.

Details

• Individuals aged 18+
• First Monday of the Month, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
• Up to 12 participants per session, 1-4 per room
• Crate of smashables per person
• 1 large electronic (e.g., printer) per group
• Safety gear: coveralls, face shield, gloves, boots
• Free lockers and bottled water
• Complimentary light meal (e.g., mini sandwiches and/or appetizers)

Session Structure

10-minute Introduction
20 minutes of intense smashing
15-minute guided meditation
Group discussion and light meal

Late Policy

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the event to allow time for check-in. Since this is the only event of the day, punctuality ensures that everyone can fully benefit from the complete experience. If you are running late, please call us so we can determine the best way to accommodate you. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean missing part of the session, as we aim to respect the schedule for all participants.

What to bring / wear

• Closed toe shoes are mandatory
• Coveralls are recommended for everyone, you may choose to opt out if you have long sleeves and long pants.
• Face shield at all times (we provide)
• Gloves (we provide)

Damage Liability Policy

Please note that there will be a minimum $250 fee for intentionally destroying any permanent fixtures in the smash rooms including the spools, security cameras, speakers, GoPro camera, thermostats, lighting, fire sprinklers, or any other permanent fixtures not designated for smashing.
