  • Cancellation requests 3-6 days prior to check in time will result in a 50% refund (less taxes and booking fees).

  • Cancellation requests less than 72 hours prior to check in time or failure to show up will result in no refund or rescheduling option.

  • Bookings made within the 72 hour window prior to check in time are not eligible for refunds or rebooking.

  • Rescheduling is first come, first served, may involve a $50 rebooking fee and based entirely on availability.

  • Rescheduled bookings are not eligible for refund or rescheduling a 2nd time.

  • Please note that canceled flights or illness are not exceptions to our cancellation policy.

  • In the event that your stay is canceled by Snowhook Adventure Guides of Alaska due to weather or any other force majeure, the reserving party will receive a complete refund.
