Note: Cancellation requests 7-13 days prior to the start of your tour will receive 50% refund
less any booking fees or taxes. You may reschedule 1 time for no cost.
• Cancellation requests less than 7 days prior to the start of your tour or failure to show up will result in no refund or rescheduling option.
• Bookings made within the 7 day window prior to the start of a tour are not eligible for refunds or rebooking.
• Rescheduling is first come, first served and based entirely on availability.
• Rescheduled bookings are not eligible for refund or rescheduling a 2nd time.
• Please note that canceled flights or illness are not exceptions to our cancellation policy.
• In the event that the tour is canceled by Snowhook Adventure Guides of Alaska due to weather or any other force majeure, the reserving party will receive a complete refund.

nWe do not guarantee that you will see the lights but we make every effort to put you in a location to see them. Tours which occur within the 14 days of the date of departure are not eligible for a refund due to a poor aurora borealis forecast.
