What to Expect
Experience world-class fishing in Seward, Alaska with our 4 hours flexible half-day charters with the Thomasea! Our trips depart three times daily at 7am, 12pm, and 5pm and can take anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour to reach the fishing grounds. With our custom-made-in-the-USA Thrasher Rods and our Custom made 6 passenger Landing Vessel, we fish for Non-Pelagic and Pelagic Rockfish, Pollock, Lingcod, and Silver Salmon (when in season).
Our action-packed trips are perfect for those who don’t have much time, as we focus on harvesting the full daily limit and often have great success! Free parking at Millers Landing is included with your charter that leaves right from our very own launch/landing area in Lowell Point, just South of Seward!. Your trip also includes filleting of your fish and a private hanging station for photos. Be sure to grab a drink and a bite at our cafe before or after your trip!

Smaller Boats for Half-Day Charters: Our half-day boats are smaller, fast, and designed for a more personal experience—carrying just six guests. That means you'll have the captain’s and deckhand’s full attention, making it perfect for shorter trips or first-time anglers.
Fish Fileting and Cleaning: Our crew will clean and fillet your catch. From there, you simply drop it off at the processor of choice to have it packaged, frozen, or even shipped home—easy and hassle-free.
