What to Expect
The Kenai River in Alaska is a world-renowned fishing destination, famous for its large Sockeye Salmon runs and trophy-sized rainbow trout. Anglers can target various species, including five types of Pacific salmon (King, Sockeye, Coho, Pink, and Chum), rainbow trout, and Dolly Varden.
The drift boat is launched on the upper section of the river and you will enjoy the scenic float down river to several very good fishing spots. The fishing will be done from boat and from shore depending on river conditions.
