Most Fairbanks teams find out we do this after someone else's event.

Book the Free-Roam VR Arena, lunch, and a facilitator who runs the whole thing, and spend an hour or three out of the office with your team. Everything is set up before you arrive. Nobody needs to know anything about VR.

What Every Teambuilding Lunch Includes

• Free-Roam VR Arena:
  A 400 square foot wireless arena where six players at a time step into the same virtual world together. Teams work together to solve puzzles, complete missions, and conquer foes. Games run about 15 minutes, so your group rotates through and nobody waits long, and guests pick the next game right from their headsets.
  Gameplay is shown live on a 120" projection screen above the arena, so the guests on a break stay in the action while they eat. Hero Zone games include:

  • Dead Ahead: Test your survival skills in a post-apocalyptic zombie onslaught.
  • CyberShock: A rhythmic team shooter that demands coordination and rhythm.
  • Espionage Escape: Collaborate in an intense VR escape room scenario.
  • Cook'd Up: Navigate the chaotic and fast-paced world of a virtual cooking game.
  • Arrow Song: Embark on a mythical adventure involving dragons, orcs, and skilled archery.
  • Quantum Arena: Dive into the future with a high-octane PVP arena battle.
    Or run your session on VexPlay Mini-Game Arcade instead. Same arena, same round length, with a bigger catalogue to choose from: co-op runs like Lunarscape Express and Kitchen Panic, party rounds like Temple Party, and the CyberClash player-versus-player series. Several VexPlay titles also have extended 25 minute versions, which Hero Zone does not. Your host sets up whichever you choose, and you can switch on the day.

• Exclusive Venue Access: The whole of Arctic Sun VR is reserved for your Teambuilding Lunch. No other bookings, no strangers, no waiting for a station. Your group has the building.

• Your Own Host: A facilitator runs your whole visit. They set up before you arrive, get every guest comfortable in a headset, move the group between activities, serve lunch, and handle the parts nobody wants to think about on the day.

• The Party Room: Comfortably seats 16, with a TV and AV for anyone who wants to work through part of the visit. Additional tables, couches and seating in the main room let the rest of your group spectate the guests in the arena and on the stations.

• Lunch: Subway platters, chips, and a drink for every guest. Details below.

Added at 2 Hours

• Four Premium Arcade VR Stations: Over 75 games and experiences, more than half of them multiplayer, sorted by genre and difficulty. Guests switch games from inside the headset, so nobody needs a staff member to change anything.

Added at 3 Hours

• Four Racing Sims: BeamNG.drive on four seated racing rigs. The seated option matters: it is where the guests who have had enough of standing, or who never wanted to stand, still stay in the event.
• Deli Heroes Platters: Your lunch is upgraded to Subway Deli Heroes at no extra cost.

Optional Team Activity Upgrades

• High-Speed Racing: Add BeamNG.drive on four seated racing simulators. A good fit for competitive teams and for anyone who would rather sit than stand. Included at no charge on the 3 Hour Ultimate Team Odyssey.
