The experience begins with a 20 minute scenic flight to the glacier (pilot’s choice is usually 20-Mile Glacier for best scenery). Spend 45 minutes out of the helicopter for vows and photography. One R44 helicopter seats 3 passengers plus the pilot, enough room for the bride, groom, and photographer or officiant. Add a second R44 to accommodate 4-6 passengers and take air-to-air photos of your flight to the glacier.

We will work with you to create a wonderful event and can recommend great photographers, planners and other resources for your special event — be sure to speak with our helpful staff after making your reservation!

We offer a complimentary pickup and transfer from any hotel or B&B in Girdwood, or you can park your private vehicle at our hangar. Please arrive 15 minutes before your flight.

• Maximum weight per seat: 290 lbs.
• Maximum weight per aircraft: 600 lbs (including passengers & gear)
• Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Small infants under 24 months can sit on an adults lap and fly free.
• Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
• Passenger weights will be verified at check-in.
