What to Expect

  • Join a local Alaskan guide on a Private Hike in the Chugach National Forest.

  • Stroll through the Northernmost Rainforest in the World on the Winner Creek Trail, looking for elusive fungi.

  • Hike the Byron Glacier Valley Trail to Byron Creek and Winter Avalanche Path Ice Caves.

  • Head up to the Iditarod National Historic Trail and the legendary Crow Pass Trail to the Crow Pass Gorge and Beyond, possibly to Jewel Glacier, and spot a Mountain Goat.

  • Variable weather is guaranteed; come prepared for the elements. Warm drinks and snacks were provided. Adventure forth into the Chugach Mountains!
