Aircraft Weight & Balance Requirements

For the safety of all passengers, our flight operations are planned using the actual body weights provided at the time of booking. Your reported weight is used to determine which aircraft in Togo Aviation's fleet can safely accommodate your group while remaining within FAA-required weight and balance limits.

Each aircraft has a different passenger capacity and useful load. These limits must account for the pilot, passengers, fuel, safety equipment, and all cargo. Because of this, even small differences in reported weights can affect aircraft selection and the safe operation of your flight.

Please provide your accurate body weight (including the clothing, footwear, and personal items you expect to carry during your flight) when making your reservation. All passengers will be weighed at check-in to verify the information provided.

Maximum passenger weight is 250 lbs. Guests whose actual weight exceeds this limit cannot be accommodated on this tour.

If a passenger's actual weight differs significantly from the weight provided during booking, we may need to change aircraft, adjust seating arrangements, delay the flight, or, if a safe solution is not available, deny boarding. Guests who exceed the 250 lb maximum passenger weight or cannot be accommodated due to aircraft weight and balance limitations are not eligible for a refund.

These requirements are established by our FAA-certified air carrier to ensure the safety of all passengers and crew. They cannot be waived. We appreciate your honesty and cooperation in helping us provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
